- We are happy to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING world wide for all orders over $100!

Please note all orders will take 2-3 days to process prior to shipping, regardless of the shipping method selected, and we ship from Canada with Canada Post. We offer the following methods of shipping:


                          1. Standard and Express Shipping within Canada and the United States

                          2. Standard Shipping for the rest of the World (including Europe, South America, Asia, Africa, Australia)


Shipping costs will vary depending on your location. You will be able to see what the final amount is at checkout. 
Kindly also note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, it may delay processing time. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.


We’re happy if you’re happy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will provide you with a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Simply email us at with your order number and we’ll be happy to help you. The item must be unworn and in

the same condition that it was received in to receive the refund. Please note, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

We are happy to provide a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase on any bracelet or anklet. Just email us at with your order number and information on the specific item, ship it back to us and we will gladly repair it for you.
